Long Time!

Man, it has been wayyyy to long since I have posted any kind of info to the blog. Frankly, life got in the way. Everything from being a dad, to divorce, to starting over again, but I’m still building cars. Bbyevo was totaled in mid 2014, went to racing bikes for a time after that, while building cars for other folks along the way. Picked up another Mirage in 2018, one I had built for a friend 10 years prior. Now the car is in the process of a revamping so that my daughter can take the reigns and rip it at the drag strip. I will post asap regarding that new build and info surrounding that car. I have five cars at the moment, and all are endless projects as I can’t leave anything alone. Thanks for stopping in, I’ll have some stuff up soon.

New Page - FLP Tuning

Check out the new page added to the site!

--UPDATE--

As we are quickly approaching the end of 2013, I have finally got around to some page updates.  I have updated the info on a few of the pages and added info and pictures on bby_evo.  The summer and early fall were very busy, jam-packed with tons of work and projects.  The crown jewel as it be, is a supercharged C6 Corvette, that gained 224whp laying down a total of 555whp by the time we were done!  Talk about a happy customer.  Other projects included major tuning on the Mirage, upgrading a Turbo II RX7, Mustang performance driveline upgrades, and much more.

2013 Update

As life has been filled with many hectic things, the blog has taken the back burner.  The cars have all been seeing some updates, some major, and others not so much.  I hope to take some time in the upcoming weeks to add new photos as well as some new project cars.  We have a wide variety of things our group has been working on, from a Rat Rod '36 Chevy, to a big time boost fed k-swapped EG hatch.  Stay tuned for what's to come.

Posts

As life has been filled with a ton of busy nights and weekend, I haven't updated the site in quite sometime.  Rocky Mountain Touge Tour 2012 went off with no problems at all, but did not have nearly as many attendees as I had hoped.  I will better advertise next year, and get more people out for a different route throughout the rocky mountains of Colorado.  I am going to try to get some new updates posted over the next few weeks, as some major things are brewing over the winter build season.

Rocky Mountain Touge Tour 2012

We are currently putting together plans for the first ever Rocky Mountain Touge Tour.  The event is to be held August 25, 2012 (Saturday).  It will be a one day event into the Colorado mountains for a day of fun and frolic!  I hope to get a decent amount of cars out so and have a ton of fun.   I will get the word out so that the number of participants will rise.  The event will go along the Arkansas river, and into Salida (departing from Colorado Springs).  If time permits, we will be including Monarch pass.  Hope to see you there!  I am working on a finalized route and included stops/potential photo spots.  As things come together, I will have them posted.  Please contact me if you can make it. I am going to keep an updated list of participants and vehicles.  You can find the route directions and map on the Events page as well as other final details.  If I can get enoughh confirmed participants in the next couple of weeks, I may get t-shirts or window decals made up for the occasion for those willing to pay up!  If you have an idea for a shirt design, email it to me.
